UNOS Alliance is a programme offered by UNOS using its UNOS PRO functionalities, to provide clients with a communications service for the client's community. UNOS can put together an alliance service for a client (Alliance Partner). By "client's community", we mean the Alliance Partner's user or customers, such as, a bank and its customers or an organisation with its members.
UNOS offers the Open Alliance to enterprises and organisations that want to push messages or service deliveries to interact with its community. Messages and interaction mechanisms are facilitated by the UNOS Mobile Converter. In an Open Alliance, the UNOS Mobile Converter is hosted and managed by UNOS, or by the Alliance Partner.
IMM Features and Functions
For Open Alliance, the features and functions can be tailored to suit the requirements of the Alliance Partner with our Interactive Mass Messaging (IMM):
- U2Call - Message with an option to contact merchant's call centre
- U2Reply - Message with an option to reply on open reply fields
- Tick&Reply - Message with an option to reply via tick-boxes and open reply fields
- U2Download - Message with an option to download content
URequest Service Delivery
The Open Alliance model also offers the Alliance Partner a dedicated folder under "Favorites" where the messages from the Alliance Partner to its community will be sent to.
The Favorites folder is a convenient mobile application solution provided free to the UNOS PRO user. The Favorites folder contains URequest service delivery folders which may be added or deleted by the user anytime. Additional functions in the service folder configured via the UNOS Media Converter are automatically incorporated into the folder.
Alliance Partners
Who can be Alliance Partners:
- Mobile advertisers using conventional SMS for content delivery will find the UNOS Alliance an effective avenue for them to push message or disseminate information to members of their community for direct interaction between them and their audience.
- Community groups like social groups, online news communities, student communities. The UNOS Alliance offers a service to community to push messages to their community for direct interaction with community members.
- Corporates/Enterprises/Government can now push their services and information via UNOS PRO to reach their clientele directly on the mobile phone, allowing them to interact on a secured platform. Alliance Partners can enhance their services to their clientele through easy-to-use functions, improving productivity and extending their services on the mobile phone.
