Interactive Mass Messaging (IMM)

UNOS' Interactive Mass Messaging (IMM) is an interactive mass communications tool for advertisers, merchants and even research bodies who wish to push messages and receive feedback or interact with a target audience.

Interactive Feature
The uniqueness of the UNOS IMM system is in its interactive nature - when a merchant sends advertising and promotional (A&P) messages, UNOS PRO users are able to respond to these messages by way of requesting for a voice call, click to reply and by way of even downloading some digital content. IMM is ideal for polling, market survey, selection of items from a menu or even ordering items. The merchant can manage its IMM system by simply logging in to UNOS's secured website to send the IMM.
