UNOS PRO needs to authenticate your account through SMS and Internet. After you have read and accepted the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, UNOS PRO will request an SMS to be sent for authentication purposes. You must allow UNOS PRO to send the SMS in order to proceed. After authenticating through SMS, UNOS PRO will require connection to the Internet (GPRS/EDGE/3G/WiFi) to complete the authentication process. If you are unable to authenticate after allowing UNOS PRO to send the SMS it could be due to poor IP/data connectivity (or mobile reception) in your location. Please try again when the signal is stronger. My mobile phone response is getting very slow, and it takes time to launch UNOS PRO. What should I do?
Performance degradation could be a result of having too many messages in the mobile phone memory. It is recommended that you maintain only a minimal number of messages in your Inbox and Sent folder. The quality of the data access points may also be weak, lengthening the time to launch UNOS PRO. If after 30 seconds UNOS PRO is still not launched, cancel the launch, and perform the launch again. What do the coloured circles on the top right of the screen mean?
