Using My Phonebook FAQ



I’ve just installed UNOS PRO, but cannot access my phonebook. Why?

Possibility #1:  You have not imported your contacts into UNOS PRO. Please go to Contacts and import your contacts from your mobile phone book. (Note: your original contacts must be saved to Phone memory).

Possibility #2:  Your mobile phone does not support the PIM (Personal Information Management) feature.  In this case, you will have to key in your contacts manually.

Can I refer to my regular phonebook while using UNOS PRO?

Yes, if your phone is fully compatible with UNOS PRO.  If you have UNOS PRO, please go to “Contacts” and import the contacts from your mobile phonebook.  There are some mobile phones that are not fully compatible.  As a result, the phonebook access capability may not be supported.
