I have downloaded UNOS Voice, but I do not see S-MailS.Why?
S-MailS is only available for UNOS PRO compatible mobile phones. If you have downloaded UNOS Voice instead, this means that your phone is not compatible to UNOS PRO. Nevertheless, you can still enjoy UNOS’s PBX-rich Voice features and free SMS to other UNOS users.
I have UNOS Voice.Can I still SMS for free?
Yes, you can still send SMS to other UNOS users for free. However, SMS sent to non-UNOS users are chargeable at UNOS' competitive SMS rates.
Can I SMS to a non-UNOS user for free?
Only SMS is free within the UNOS community. SMS sent to a non-UNOS user will be subject to UNOS’s SMS Rates. Please check the Rates section in the website or click here for more details.
How will I be charged for using SMS?
SMS within the UNOS community is FREE. However, if the recipient is not a UNOS subscriber, then charges will be levied – please refer to our SMS Rates in the website for more details. Please also note that data charges may apply, according to your mobile service provider.
