My UNOS credits are running low. How do I top up my UNOS credits?
There are two ways to top up your UNOS credits.
1. Website. Log-in with your UNOS username and password on our website and select "Top Up Service" if you choose to top up with a credit card, or select "Prepaid Voucher Top Up".
2. Mobile Phone. Log-in through UNOS PRO on your mobile phone. Go to the UNOS Folder under Favorite and click "Top Up'. Select whichever top-up service your would like to use and follow the rest of the prompts.
My UNOS Credit balance has not been updated since I have topped up the balance. What should I do?
If you have topped up your UNOS Credits and the top up amount is not reflected in your UNOS credits balance, please contact our Customer Care hotline and report the matter to us. If you have topped up with a UNOS Prepaid card, please take down the PIN number of the scratched top up card as we will need that PIN number to investigate the problem.
Where do I find my credit card's card security code?
For a
Visa or
MasterCard credit card, the security code is
found on the reverse of the card, usually in the panel with your
signature in it. The card security code is the 3-digit number
following the 16-digit credit card number (or the last 4 digits of the
credit card number for some cards). For
American Express
charge cards, the card security code is a 4-digit number imprinted on
the front of the charge card just above the last set of numbers of the
charge card.
Where can I find the 3D Secure Code?
You can register and request for a 3D Secure Code for your credit card from the issuing bank of your credit card. This can usually be done over the counter at the bank on through the issuing bank's Internet banking website. You may also directly register and request for a 3D Secure Code from a 3D Secure merchant website while doing a transaction online.
