I just bought a new phone. What do I do?

Please contact Customer Care for temporary suspension of your UNOS account. After you have acquired a new mobile phone, please contact Customer Care to reactivate your UNOS account.On your new phone, type get.myunos.com into your mobile web browser, click “Download” and follow the rest of the prompts to reinstall UNOS. Once you have finished the authentication process, all your previous details and your account balance will be displayed on your new phone.Alternatively, login at www.myunos.com with your username and password, and click on “Retrieve Midlet” to download UNOS into your new phone.

I have changed my phone number, how do I transfer my credit?

Unfortunately we do not allow the transfer of credit from one phone number to another.
