Problems Sending & Receiving S-MailS FAQ



Why can’t I receive all my E-mails?

If your PC’s E-mail client, e.g. Outlook, has already downloaded the E-mails onto your PC and removed the copy from the server, the mail will not be pushed into your S-MailS Inbox.  Only E-mails that are residing in the E-mail server will be pushed into your S-MailS Inbox.

I have sent an E-mail, and it says “S-MailS sent”. However, it is still in the Outbox folder. Has it been sent?

If the E-mail remains in the Outbox, it means the message has not been sent.  This could be due to a disconnection from your mobile phone’s Internet (GPRS/EDGE/3G/Wi-Fi) access or due to the message sending interval (as defined under “Settings” in UNOS PRO).  You can wait for the UNOS PRO software to prompt you to reconnect again, or you could restart the UNOS PRO software manually.
