Downloading UNOS PRO FAQ



When I click on the “DOWNLOAD UNOS PRO” link, I cannot download anything at all. What’s wrong?

Please check if you have data connection access. If you do not have data connection, you will have to activate it with your service provider.

I have data connection but the UNOS PRO mobile software still cannot be downloaded. The internet browser screen merely hangs. What else could be wrong?

Your particular mobile phone model may need the APN (Access Point Network) settings configured for JAVA based applications.  Please refer to your mobile phone manual or the UNOS PRO User Guide for details or click here for details on APN settings.

I started downloading UNOS PRO but the screen says “insufficient memory” or “file too large”. How do I fix the problem?

Certain mobile phone models have file size download limitations.  In such instances, you may not be able to download UNOS PRO.

I have downloaded and installed UNOS PRO. What do I do next?

Once you have downloaded UNOS PRO, it would usually be saved in one of the following folders in your mobile phone, depending on the make and model of mobile phone you are using - Application, Java Applications, Installations, My Own, Games or Extras folders.  Usually it is the same folder to where all other applications and games are downloaded.

What do you do next?  Click on the UNOS icon to run the authentication process.
