I have activated GPRS/3G/EDGE accesses but I still can’t use UNOS. Why is that the case?
First of all, please ensure you have downloaded all the necessary settings from your service provider and have restarted your mobile phone.Secondly, please ensure that you have selected the right access point name (APN) on your mobile service provider (e.g. Telstra internet (Telstra, Australia), celcom.net.my (Celcom Malaysia), mobilenet (M1, Singapore), internet (Vodafone, UK), etc).
