When a UNOS user sends a S-MailS to another UNOS recipient’s mobile phone number, the recipient will immediately receive the message in 2 ways:

(a)    on his mobile phone, in the UNOS inbox; AND
(b)    on his PC, in the e-mail client inbox.

The recipient can then reply back either through his mobile phone using UNOS S-MailS or through his PC.  Either way, the reply will be received immediately by the original sender in his UNOS Inbox.  In short, S-MailS facilitates a push-messaging function via a MIDlet.  All messages via UNOS S-MailS within the UNOS Community is FREE.

With S-MailS, the user is able to define up to three email accounts, workplace emails and web-based emails, for this push email feature.

UNOS PRO Voice offers voice calls with PBX functionalities on a mobile phone at very competitive and low call rates . 
 
UNOS PRO Voice offers six functionalities.

(a) Voice-Out   

A straightforward call function which enables users to make IDD calls from their home country or while overseas at affordable UNOS IDD call rates.

(b) Voice-In

This function allows users to set follow-me features especially when they are travelling to avoid expensive roaming charges.  If the user purchases a foreign country prepaid SIM card, and uses that number, UNOS Voice-In can map the user’s original mobile number to the foreign country prepaid SIM card.

Follow Me Function – Gets the user connected via the user’s existing (home country) mobile number, minus expensive roaming charges.  Upon activation, all voice calls to the user’s existing (home country) mobile number will be routed to an overseas phone number activated with UNOS system.  The user will then be contactable while the user is overseas, whether the user’s mobile phone has roaming services or not.

Call Alert Function – When the user travels overseas and does not wish to change to an overseas SIM card, the user may activate the Call Alert Function. All voice calls to the user’s home country’s SIM number will NOT be routed to the user’s mobile phone.  Instead, UNOS will notify the caller that the user is currently overseas.  An SMS Call Alert notification bearing the caller’s contact identity will be sent to the user.

(c) Buddy Call   

Launch voice calls on behalf of others anytime, anywhere.  Allows users to initiate voice calls on behalf of their family members, friends and colleagues. When travelling overseas, the user can initiate calls from any overseas country fixed or mobile number to any destination without worrying about high IDD roaming rates.



(d) Hotel Connect     

Launching calls to hotel room, and using the hotel room phone to launch single or multi party calls.  This function bridges the line in the user’s hotel room to make a call to any destination in the world, while avoiding high hotel call charges.



(e)    Conference Call   

The Conference Call function allows the User to engage in an immediate conference call, anytime and anywhere.  Just enter the contacts, press CALL and everyone will be connected instantly.  There is no conference call subscription fee – you will be charged only on the usage, based on our competitive rates.

The Favorites folder is a convenient mobile application solution provided free to the UNOS PRO user.  The Favorites folder contains service delivery folders which may be added or deleted by the user at anytime.  Additional functions in the service folder configured via the UNOS Mobile Converter is automatically incorporated into the folder.

The Favorites folder is where UNOS’s URequest service delivery function delivers specific services to the UNOS user via the UNOS PRO MIDlet as requested by the user or from enterprises or institutions of which the user is a member.

The UNOS PRO Contacts enables the user to synchronise the user’s phonebook in his or her mobile phone with Contacts in UNOS PRO.  Contacts will facilitate and enable the UNOS user to make calls and send S-MailS to anyone anywhere in the world.  With Contacts, the user can also easily initiate the Conference Call function and speak with several people all at the same time.
